The challenge

Four storefront and back-office apps had drifted apart across three markets, each with its own inventory truth and payment integration — reconciliation was manual and error-prone.

The solution

We consolidated onto a shared domain model with multi-warehouse inventory, abstracted payments behind a provider-agnostic gateway, and unified the four apps on one API.

Architecture

01

A payment gateway abstraction isolates Stripe and regional providers behind one idempotent interface.

02

Multi-warehouse inventory is modeled once and projected per channel, so stock is never double-counted.

03

Shared API contracts keep four apps in lockstep across three countries.

Results

Inventory became consistent across markets, payment providers were swappable per region without app changes, and operational reconciliation moved from manual to automated.
