Innorise Ltd exists because too much software is built to look right rather than to work right. The agency model optimizes for templates and turnaround; the enterprise model optimizes for process. Neither optimizes for the thing that actually matters when a booking can't double-book or an invoice can't be mis-parsed: correctness.
